4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery time depends on the carrier. Linen Bunny Lane is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if this occurs.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight and location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of children’s clothing and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@winniewooboutique.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
